Whether you're a first time sailor or you're looking to advance to the next level, our sailing school has a course for you. Panama Sailing School is a ASA certified sailing school dedicated to sailing education. Sailing lessons can be taken privately or in groups.

We are located in Panama City, Bocas del Toro, Republic of Panama and soon also in three more locations in Panama. We offer sailing lessons and also yacht charters to the Pearl Islands, Taboga and other surrounding islands. All sailing courses and charters are available in English and Spanish. Private yachting charters are also available upon request.

In fact we at Panama Sailing School are so confident that we hold often “Open House” Sailing Seminars for up to 200 people at a time, in order to familiarize you with the adventures of sailing. These Seminars are complimentary to you and without any form of obligation.

How it Works

Our Learn to Sail courses include comprehensive classroom and on-water sailing instruction each day. It's a terrific basic sailing learning experience that epitomizes the beauty of sailing -- intense, fun, challenging, relaxing and rewarding.

You'll sail the dynamic Island Packet 37, the # 1 Blue Water training sailboat or the lovely Beneteau First 44.7 considered to be one of the best racing designs by noted Naval Designer Bruce Farr; or the fantastic Morgan 44 . As you can read, we have many excellent sailing yachts. We are enlarging our Fleet of yachts with several Catamarans coming this Summer and also Dinghy Sailboats for our Children Camp & Sailing School. These carefully thought-out, award-winning sailing yachts have huge comfortable cockpits, many go-fast adjustments, safety features and easy handling characteristics. No more than four other classmates and your instructor are aboard, insuring maximum individual instruction and a job for everyone at all times.
