Introduction to Sailing
This course is a fun introductory class offered as a 3 hour sail for those individuals who want to be introduced to the sailing world. Observe the abundance of wild life as you learn to take control of your own adventure. You will be taught the basics of sailing and upon completion receive and "Introduction to Sailing" certification offered by Panama Sailing School.
Panama Sailing School (PSS) is a member school of the International Sailing School Association (ISSA). The ISSA was created in 1969 on the initiative of the Gléanans Sailing Centre together with Polish, Italian, Swiss and British sailing schools. The ISSA is an international association and its constitution is ruled by the Swiss code. Certifications are awarded within the ISSA standards.
Panama Sailing School (PSS) is also a member school of the American Sailing Association. ASA has been a leader in US sailing education for nearly two decades. The international/national network has grown to over 200 plus professional accredited sailing schools. ASA schools must meet rigorous standards which are internationally recognized. Selecting an ASA school assures you of professional training and the best value for your sail education dollar.
The Introduction to Sailing couse has a cost of 35.00USD per person with a minimum of 4 persons per class.
