Morgan 44 - "Sea Rooster"

"SEA ROOSTER" is probably one of the best equipped Morgan 44 in existence and she is now in the fleet of Panama Sailing School for Course Instruction and Coastal Cruising in the Republic of Panama. This is not a fixer upper, as you will likely to find in the many charter boat offers in Bocas and Panama. The many improvements made to her interior makes her very well suited for extended stays aboard. It is the deeper draft version with factory added ballast which when combined with the recently added furling staysail makes sailing "Sea Rooster" in heavy winds a delight.

Although a cruising boat, it performs very well up wind and was the winner of many club races. This yacht has been very well maintained by the current owner who lived aboard for over a year and learned first hand what to improve. It is a proven blue water cruiser having spent 3 years in the Caribbean then crossing the Atlantic to the Mediterranean in 2002. It is well equipped for the unique needs of cruising in the Republic of Panama where it is currently located and we are fortunate to have this fantastic sailing yacht at Panama Sailing School.

Accommodation for 6 people. Aft Stateroom with 'Queen' size bed, and en-suite bathroom with bath. Forward Guest cabin with double birth and en-suite bathroom. Interior with beautiful wood finish. Air-conditioning in aft and forward cabins. Water maker.
